The PEM Cares team volunteered for the 2025 New York City Marathon, helping the event run seamlessly and supporting one of the world’s most iconic races!

The 2025 New York City Marathon took place on Sunday, November 2, once again bringing together tens of thousands of runners and a global community of spectators for an unforgettable 26.2-mile journey through the five boroughs.

The course began in Staten Island, wound through Brooklyn and Queens, entered Manhattan, made a quick loop into the Bronx, and finished with its legendary stretch in Central Park, where our volunteers were waiting to congratulate and support them. With thousands of volunteers powering the event behind the scenes, the marathon simply wouldn’t be possible without their dedication.

This year, the PEM team proudly supported runners at the finish line, helping distribute recovery bags and providing essential on-site assistance to ensure athletes felt cared for after their race. We are proud that our team was able to be part of such an electric and unforgettable day!
